Date Night

 By the time you read this, I'll be on my weekly date night with my husband. We started this a while ago (years) before I was with him most minutes of the day so it was a night to unplug and just spend it together. 

The most fun thing about my husband is how wiling to go do silly things with me. Most friday nights these days we've been watching The Last Drive In with Joe Bob Briggs We're giant horror movie fans, As some of you guys have guessed with our 30 days of film challenge movie choices. But we play board games, it was a marriage goal to have a whole closet filled with board games ( we have succeeded ) and go play mini golf, we play games on the xbox together, we do all sorts of things. We've gone on a  few random roadside attraction hunts (this is what we did for our anniversary last year) Worlds Largest Strawberry, totally worth it. We're trying to work our way through that Weird Al Yankovic Song. The important thing is that there's not any computers or other people, i.e. texts involved. We've sort of made it a no computer no cell phone thing. it's been going on for years and it's how i'll spend Friday night. We finally did make it an official 6:30 start time for reasons. 

I'm not sure what we are doing tonight. Maybe it's just Jammies and Pizza and Carcassonne  Night. 

This weekend's plans. I'm going to make a Dallas Cowboys Mask for a coworker and one for Tom, Then I'm going to make a few t-shirts, get a pressie packed up for Angela, Get a starbucks cup made for me, and clean up the office. Probably a little knitting and housework. You never know. Oh my new plates should be here so i'll probably be cleaning out the kitchen cabniets. so exciting you guys.
