True Story: I am a hardcore, incredibly fast knitter. I'm super excellent at it and both of my amazing jobs revolve around yarn. But sometimes, I just stumble into a super stubborn incredibly difficult pattern that makes me want to pull out my hair. And on that note, I'd like to introduce you to my next large pattern
The Winter Wheat. It is beautiful and I love it, and of course it's 2500 yards of knitting fingering weight yarn, thanks to my incredible rack.
I found this incredible set of yarn and decided that this is what It needed to be.

The pattern only calls for 4 colors, although in principle I could have used all of them, so I decided to go with that green on the far left, the purple on top of it, the teal and the dark grey. This photo is from
Mosaic Moon, btw. It's just so pretty.
In order to keep myself motivated, I joined in on this Harry Potter knit and crochet group. It's pretty cool, basically the projects that you knit and do go into your classes or towards your Owl or whatnot. Super nerdy, but i love it. And so I chose to do this as my owl. Basically a project that will take about 6 to 8 weeks to complete and is larger than a normal project. ta dah fits this for sure.
Sadly this second section is seed stitch and is like a knitting nightmare. I ribbed it out twice today, but I'm hoping as I continue on into the night I will make some big progress on this.
